Rose Rooted is a pop-up Elixir Bar & Apothecary combining the practice of mixology with wellness and herbalism, creating ‘herbal mixology,’ to offer healthy and functional alternatives to alcohol as well as sober/sober curious events, experiences and workshops.

Asheville Location: We are excited to announce that we will be popping up every weekend in Herbiary in Downtown AVL beginning December 14th! Come by and sip & shop for the holidays!

2025 Bookings: We are now booking Appalachia Winter/Spring 2025 events and West Coast Summer 2025. We may have limited space for Appalachia Summer events. Summer books fill up especially fast, so make sure to book in advance! Learn more and book the bar here.

Apothecary: We only have a few items left in our Apothecary and likely will not be able to start production until December, when we are hopefully able to find a production facility.
