BOOK THE ELIXIR BAR & WORKSHOPS
We offer our Elixir Bar with different tiered options for private and ticketed events. Rates for each tier vary based on the size of the event. All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date(s), which is subtracted from the total cost. The remainder due will be split into two payments due before your event. Please read through the options and add-ons and schedule a booking call to discuss more details and rates.
We are available for bookings in Appalachia and the PNW (inquire about other locations).
Tiers:
Open Bar (Limited)
- host covers hourly rate + ticketed drinks
- ticketed drinks: tickets given to guests for set number of drinks (i.e. each guest receives 2 drink tickets) + guests can purchase more drinks after using up tickets
- guests are responsible for purchasing drinks after tickets are used
- minimum 30 guests, minimum 2 hours of service
Open Bar (Unlimited)
- host covers hourly rate + starting at $32/pp
- guests get unlimited drinks
Cash Bar:
- hosts covers hourly cost of the bar (discounts on full/multi-day bookings)
- guests pay for all drinks, no drink tickets/cost of drinks are covered by host
- minimum 200 guests for cash bar and 2 hours of service
- * inquire about how to have our hourly rate waived for public events with 201+ people
Public events are events open to the public with 201+ people (i.e. festivals, markets). Events 200 people and under are considered Private Events. Private Events are considered Hosted Bars and have an hourly rate for the bar. Private events include retreats, ceremonies, weddings, corporate gatherings, small festivals, etc.
All bookings include:
- intentionally curated decor
- Set Up & Tear Down
- minimum 4 drink menu (made from handcrafted herbal based simple syrups and infusions, organic juices, ethically and sustainably foraged herbs and other high quality ingredients)
- Herbal Mixologist(s) aka Bartenders
- Drink tickets (if applicable)
- Sustainably Disposable Drinkware
- Barware
- Up to 65 miles of travel (additional rates apply for further events)
- A La Carte Add-Ons: (inquire about availability)
- Wooden Bar (this is required if you do not have a bar for us to serve from), Lounge Tent(s) (includes wooden bar)*, Extended Menu, Kombucha, Coffee, Glassware, Workshops (see add-ons below)

Bulk Elixir Orders
You can order our elixir’s in bulk for your event! We will deliver our elixirs right to your event and you are responsible for serving them. Fill out the contact form to learn more about what elixirs we have available.

Handcrafted Wooden Bar
We offer a handcrafted wooden bar to serve your guests from. This add-on is required if you do not have a bar for us to serve from.
Lounge Tent
We offered two size lounges. One is made up of a single hexagon shaped tent. The other includes the hexagon tent and an additional square shaped tent. The hexagon shape helps to inspire communication and connection. Both tents are draped with curtains around the sides and set up with floor cushions and low tables for lounging with maximum comfort. The Bar stands in the back with the feel of an old school meets modern apothecary and lounge.

Elixology 101: Elixir Crafting
This workshop dives into the world of elixirs. From history and traditional uses, to modern twists, learn the ins and outs of crafting these delicious and nourishing herbal libations to support your well-being, physically, mentally and emotionally. Plus, receive a guide to craft your own elixirs at home. Each participant receives 1 elixir with registration.
Plants & Pleasure Workshop
This workshop invites participants to discuss the power of cultivating intimate relationships with our Plant Kin through the senses for mental, emotional and spiritual strength and well-being. Participants will dive deep into the power of Rose and be guided to explore a sensual experience through an Intentional Drinking Ritual with Rose tea to connect with their mind, body and spirit, our Plant Kin, one another and the Earth. This is a fusion workshop including lecture, open discussion and a meditative ritual journey. Rose tea will be provided to all participants. This workshop includes the Intentional Drinking Ritual.

Guided meditations and yoga flows offer a journey for participants. Each journey can be curated to match your intention or theme. They can be booked together or separate.
The Sanctuary

Rose Rooted is a part of Earth & Nekter Collective, which offers “The Sanctuary,” a haven for conscious connection, delicious non-alcoholic libations and inspired learning.
It is a collaboratively curated pop up space consisting of lounge spaces with an elixir bar, cacao offerings, workshops, an apothecary shop and more for festivals, private events, summits, and other gatherings.

We believe in the importance of offering alcohol and drug free experiences to everyone, regardless of their socioeconomic background. If you are hosting an event that does not have strong financial backing, please still reach out to us. We will work with you to determine what the best option for your budget is!
