Tiers:
Private Events
Private Events are considered Hosted Bars and include retreats, ceremonies, weddings, corporate gatherings, small festivals, etc.
Private Events- Cash Bar: (most popular)
- guests pay for all drinks, no drink tickets/cost of drinks are covered by host
- host covers hourly rate
Open Bar- Capped
- tickets given to guests for set number of drinks (i.e. each guest receives 2 drink tickets)
- Host covers hourly rate + ticketed drinks (minimum may apply)
- Drinks are only available with tickets and are not available to be purchased by guests after tickets are used
Open Bar- Limited
- tickets given to guests for set number of drinks (i.e. each guest receives 2 drink tickets) + guests can purchase more drinks after using up tickets
- host covers hourly rate + ticketed drinks
- guests are responsible for purchasing drinks after tickets are used
Open Bar- Unlimited
- guests get unlimited drinks
- host covers hourly rate + $32/pp (inquire for rates)
Hourly Rates:

31-100 people (2 Herbal Mixologists)
2-4 hours $65/hour
5+ hours $55/hour
101-300 people (3 Herbal Mixologists)
2-4 hours $95/hour
5+ hours $85/hour
301-1000+ people (4-6 Herbal Mixologists)
2-4 hours $125/hour
5+ hours $115/hour

Public/Ticketed Events
Cash Bar*:
- guests pay for all drinks, no drink tickets/cost of drinks covered by host
- no hourly cost for the bar
*This option is only available for public events with 201+ people (i.e. festivals, markets). Events 200 people and under are considered Private Events.
We offer our Elixir Bar with different tiered options (listed below) for private and ticketed events. Rates for each tier vary based on the size of the event. All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date(s), which is subtracted from the total cost. The remainder due will be split into two payments due before your event. Please read through the options and add-ons and fill out the contact form at the bottom of the page to discuss more details and rates.
Private Tastings
Interested in hosting a small gathering? A ladies/lads night? Ceremony? Bridal Shower? Bachelorette? We offer private tastings for parties of 12-30 people.
Bulk Elixir Orders
You can order our elixir’s in bulk for your event! We will deliver our elixirs right to your event and you are responsible for serving them. Fill out the contact form to learn more about the elixirs we have available for this option. (Only available for events within 150 mile radius.)
All bookings include:
- Bar Rental with intentionally curated decor
- Set Up & Tear Down
- minimum 4 drink menu (made from handcrafted herbal based simple syrups and infusions, organic juices, ethically and sustainably foraged herbs and other high quality ingredients)
- Herbal Mixologist(s) aka Bartenders
- Drink tickets (if applicable)
- Sustainably Disposable Drinkware
- Barware
- Up to 65 miles of travel (additional rates apply for further events)

Lounge Tent
Our Lounge is made up of a single hexagon shaped tent. This shape helps to inspire communication and connection. It is draped with curtains around the sides and set up with floor cushions and low tables for lounging with maximum comfort. The Bar stands in the back of the tent, with the feel of an old school Apothecary meets Whisky Lounge.
Intentional Drinking Ritual
A journey through the senses for presence, deep nourishment, connection and grounding…
This ritual invites participants to explore a sensual experience through a guided ritual to connect with their heart, mind, body and spirit, our Plant Kin, one another and the Earth.
Plants & Pleasure Workshop
This workshop invites participants to discussion around the power of cultivating intimate relationships with our Plant Kin through the senses for mental, emotional and spiritual strength and well-being. Participants will dive deep into the sensual power of Rose and be guided to explore a sensual experience through an Intentional Drinking Ritual with Rose tea to connect with their mind, body and spirit, our Plant Kin, one another and the Earth. This is a fusion workshop including lecture, open discussion and a meditative ritual. Rose tea will be provided to all participants. This workshop includes the Intentional Drinking Ritual.
The Sanctuary
by Earth & Nekter Collective
Rose Rooted is a part of Earth & Nekter Collective, which offers “The Sanctuary,” a haven for conscious connection, delicious non-alcoholic libations and inspired learning.
It is a collaboratively curated pop up space consisting of lounge spaces with an elixir bar, cacao offerings, workshops, an apothecary shop and more for festivals, private events, summits, and other gatherings.
Accessibility & Inclusivity:
We believe in the importance of offering alcohol and drug free experiences to everyone, regardless of their socioeconomic background. If you are hosting an event that does not have strong financial backing, please still reach out to us. We will work with you to determine what the best option for your budget is!
