In this 3 Day, hands-on workshop we will dive into the world of herbal elixirs! From history and traditional uses, to modern twists, learn the ins and outs of crafting these delicious and nourishing herbal libations to support your well-being, physically, mentally and emotionally. Learn about common herbs and their uses, tastes and extraction methods, preparation methods, shelf/refrigeration times, processes, ingredient and equipment sourcing, dos and don’ts and so much more. Plus, craft your own potions to take home and make elixirs for you and your loved ones.
