Elixology 101: Elixir Crafting
In this hands on workshop, learn what a traditional elixir is, what elixir means for many today, the anatomy of an elixir and common and uncommon herbs you can use. Plus, craft your own intuitive herbal simple syrup to take home and make your own elixirs! Guests should bring a clean and sterilized glass jar with a lid that holds 12-16 fl oz.

In this workshop we will discuss the power of cultivating intimate relationships with our Plant Kin through the senses for mental, emotional and spiritual strength and well-being. Participants will be guided to explore a sensual experience through an Intentional Drinking Ritual to connect with mind, body and spirit, our Plant Kin, one another and the Earth. This is a fusion workshop including lecture, open discussion and ritual.
