Lemongrass and orange enhance the flavor and aroma of this delicious and refreshing “potion” that is equally desirable served hot or sparkling over ice.
Anahata is a Sanskrit word meaning “unhurt, unstruck or unbeaten.” It is used for the fourth primary chakra, located in the chest near the heart. Sanskrit is a sacred language with its roots in Hinduism but has been used in other South Asian cultures as well. We honor and give thanks and gratitude to the wisdom shared from this language and the cultures from which it originates.
How to Use: Add 1/2-1 fl oz of concentrate to 8-12 fl oz of water or sparkling water. See pairings for other ideas
Ingredients: honey, hibiscus, rose, lemongrass, orange peel
Flavor notes: subtle Chamomile, sweet almond and citrus
Pairings: add a splash of lemon juice in sparkling water, spice it up with a dash of cayenne, add it to iced matcha, cacao, coffee or on its own in steamed milk, try it as a sparkling drink with a splash of heavy cream for a delicious elixir reminiscent of strawberry cream soda
